
Meet Dr. Jorge H. Garcia
Dr. Garcia is well respected in all phases of chiropractic, from education to case management. He attended the University of Houston and is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has been in private practice in McAllen since 1989. His clinic has been awarded the prestigious “Five Star Quality Award”. The Five Star Quality Service Award was developed by Integrity Management as a means of promoting and publicizing superior chiropractic clinics that excel in patient treatment, customer service and professionalism.
Committed to the education of chiropractic to all, Dr. Garcia lectures frequently in public forums. He is a member of both the Texas (State) Chiropractic and American (National) Chiropractic Associations. He served two years (2011-2013) as President of the Texas Chiropractic Association. His ultimate goal is to change the health care in America by putting chiropractic in the forefront for the treatment of spine and joint conditions.

Meet Dr. Preston A. Burkett
Born and raised in McAllen, Texas, Dr. Preston A. Burkett is proud to return home and serve the community that helped shape him. A graduate of McAllen Memorial High School, Dr. Burkett went on to earn his undergraduate degree from Texas State University before receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College.
Dr. Burkett is passionate about helping patients of all ages move better, feel better, and return to the activities they enjoy. His approach to chiropractic care focuses on understanding each patient’s individual needs and creating personalized treatment plans designed to improve function, mobility, and overall quality of life. He values building strong relationships with his patients and helping them take an active role in their health and wellness.
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Burkett enjoys staying active through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, and working on various hands-on projects. He is also a lifelong Texas Rangers fan.
As a McAllen native, Dr. Burkett is especially grateful for the opportunity to practice in his hometown and give back to the Rio Grande Valley community he has always called home.
